Default FlightLevelJobs

Has anyone else had a horrible experience dealing with the admin at FlightLevelJobs?

I asked for a phone number to call and discuss a billing issue - he won't release a name, phone number, etc.

Several of his reply emails have been downright rude and are only signed 'Admin' - absolutely ZERO customer serivce here. Is this an isolated incident? Anyone know how I can get some actual service?

Not sure if this helps, but the WHOIS on the domain shows the registrant as:

Executive Aviation, Inc.
P. O. Box 2616
Tarpon Springs FL US

and,

Dan Lewis
ProfitGate
152 8th Avenue
Unit 2D
Largo, FL 33770
US
(727)585-3850

is listed as the web site hosting admin contact. You might call the web host and see if they'd share a name and contact number for Executive Aviation, Inc.

There is no business license for "Executive Aviation, Inc" in Florida. The search did say: "There were no records found matching the search criteria. If you suspect unlicensed activity may be occurring, please call 850-487-1395. You may also email [email protected]."

If FlightLevelJobs is not willing to provide a name or phone number I would not do business with the company. If you are having a billing issue I would dispute it with your credit card company.

Default This scab’s name is Michael Bronisz.

This guy is a scam artist and a pilot. Not one of us.

No phone works there. He won’t talk to anyone. You have to close out your credit card and get a new number. The credit card companies will not help you stop this madman from hitting you up annually. Line 7 in his term and termination says you have to submit in writing your termination.

He is a thief. Blackball this man from any cockpit. He is such a slimy P.O.S.

I have had my dealings with him for sure. It sounds like he’s up to the same thievery he’s been doing for years. May I suggest filing a complaint with the BBB, which will accomplish nothing, but then with the attorney general of Nevada where the business is registered. Most states, Nevada included, have deceptive auto renewal policy laws to protect people from thieves like this. I’ll paste a link to the statutes. For what it’s worth, I did end up being refunded.
