Not yet, and unless you have flow rights, are from Pinnacle or have extremely strong connections it's going to be quite awhile.

As long as it relieves pressure on the other markets. I'm tired of going to interviews and job fairs and seeing 40-50% pinnacle people. And maybe it will increase attrition at Eagle.

You could measure in either unit I assume.. Celsius, Fahrenheit...

Well considering the first few months will only be about 50 people. That leaves 9 off the street a month available, 41 spots are spoken for already. There are ~400 flows left, which the 300 from Compass can only leave at 100 a year at 20 a month. In roughly 6 months Delta typically will hire about 400 pilots. Do that once every year and it will be well... Years before flows will be done and have room for mostly off street. I cannot see them hiring continuously year round for quite awhile either. Sorry for the wordiness of this, hard on my phone.

Also there are roughly 200 vol furloughs left.

Regarding the flow, is it a guaranteed job or a guaranteed interview? 2 very different things to be sure. If a guaranteed interview, then not every flow through guy is going to Delta. More openings for off -the -streeters?

~ 400 have guaranteed JOBS. 2500 and more as hired at Compass/ Pinnacle have guaranteed interviews. Delta also has the requirement to put 12 Pinnacle pilots a month in class through their imterview agreement. My numbers above are correct in regards to flow throughs, just the cold hard truth unfortunately. It will be awhile...

I heard hiring 300 this fall, from numerous sources none of which are LCA or line pilots.
