Flow Programs to Majors

Any idea how flow through programs will affect hiring at majors?

If a major hires 300 pilots in a year. What approximate percentage will be from a flow program and what percent will be off the street?

ie. Compass to Delta or Eagle to American

I am interested in any insight people may have.

Get hired at Eagle, become a captain. Now eligible to take a seat in a newhire class at AA sometime in the next 10-15 years.
