United Addendum Question
On question 16 of United's addendum on airline apps, it states:
Have you:
A)
B) Recieved deferred adjudication
C)
D) Paid a fine/ performed community service/ served jail time?
I've had a few speeding tickets in my past and nothing is on my record due to time and deferrals. I have listed every infraction still in my driving profile but do I check yes or no in this box. Instinct would say yes but I've had conflicting reports on this. Thanks for your help.

If you do a search you'll see that this has come up before. I wouldn't check it for traffic tickets only. If I remember correctly there is a separate section for traffic tickets. I did check yes but I had a minor run in with law in my youth that resulted in a plea bargain for deferred adjudication. I was told it would be removed from my record but it wasn't.

Nothing can be removed from your record anymore, even if it's 'removed from your record'. You can be treated as if you were never convicted, but the event will still appear to background checks most of the time.
