Endeavor Air Gouge
Hey Guys, I am a recent part 121 FO and am looking to make a lateral move for personal reasons. I heard Endeavor is hiring, can anyone provide me with a number of HR as I have applied via airline apps and nobody has called me yet. Also if anyone has a updated interview gouge as the old gouge is from Pinnacle years ago. Thank you

I have heard that they are not getting a lot of qualified applicants. If you are indeed qualified double check that your airline apps info is correct. As far as I know they have not actually started interviewing yet. As a relatively senior Endeavor captain I would ask if you have actually looked at what our pay rates actually are. The bankruptcy contract we are working under is not a thing of beauty. If you still want to come here, then good luck!

Don't. This isn't a lateral move.
We have massive stagnation, and capped FO pay. As far as I know, the interview "will become" the current DAL interview... So, gouge on Compass would probably be similar to what you would see here. |

Doing interviews Tues, Weds, and Thurs this week.

Attrition rate is high here at Endeavor, heard an approximate figure 25-30 a month.. After being an FO for 6+ years and being capped at 4 years as not been easy road . No premium pay for open time pick up and being limited to pick only 3 days in a calendar month is even a bigger pay hit.

I'm not to familiar with other regional contracts but my suggestion is to consider all of your options. Best of Luck to all
