Skywest

Have an up and coming interview for Sky West. The interview will be in DEN. Anybody have an idea why the location is different and is there a sim there and if so what kind?

I have no idea why the interview would be in DEN. Maybe they will be doing a job fair and it would be most convenient for them? Good luck! I just interviewed and got a CRJ offer. I wrote up a gouge...

when they offer you a class date they will say (for example) "March 31st Brasilia" or "april 28th crj"

or they might give you the option "march 31st brasilia or CRJ your choice"

As with every airline, things change, but looking at the standing bid list for 175FO shows 18 people wanting the transition.

The current plan is to have a 10 FOs per month in class starting in July. As classes are awarded, it's likely more FOs will ad their name to the standing bid list, but not 10/month. So I wouldn't be surprised to have new hires into the 175 in November/December.

20-40 per month. SkyWest is losing airplanes in the long term, thus they're not hiring more.
