Jetblue at the sun n fun job fair mins?

I saw on their website jetblue will be attending. Does anyone know what their mins are and advice on the interview process?

I can tell you if you didn't put an app in during the last window, don't bother talking to them because they won't be interested.

Newest word on the street is JetBlue is seeking applicants with 5000 TT and some type of PIC, not sure why or how this is the case cause plenty of people have gotten hired with out this ...

Some are saying it's cause we have had the highest rate if failures at the school house ( due to new hire instructors )

Either way I find it hard to believe that we will get enough people here to fill seats with strict mins .... It if we do they are bailing the min a legacy calls them ...

Nothing personal but a new hire instructor doesn't know the little quirks that a seasoned one does which takes up your sim time which if it can't get done in the allotted time frame ends up screwing you ,.,.

No different then a street
Hire captain who never flew the airplane versus a guy who flew it in the right seat for a while then upgraded , the second guy will know things the first doesn't ,...

The guys who are failing are not failing due to the instructors. If you run out of time and it's the instructors fault, that's not on the student, and not a failure on the student. If you run out of time because you aren't prepared...well, that's on you.

As far as I can tell, many of the recent busts have been by senior instructors. One failure won't get you fired either. If someone gets fired, there's a reason, and it's not the new instructors causing that.
