Anyone know the details about this Gov't ISR contracter?

I have dealt a lot with CACI both while I was on active duty and now in the contract world. I don't work there but one thing I can tell you is that they are good at lowballing contracts then cutting pay. One of the contract jobs that I left, CACI took over and came through the door and offered to hire everyone that was already working there on the old contract. There were two conditions, they had to interview all over again for a job they were already doing and they cut the pay 30% across the board. I was very glad I had already left. The contract world is dog eat dog and they win contracts by cutting pay.
