Company Information:
The establishment of Beijing Capital Airlines Co., Ltd, abbreviated as “Capital Airlines” with JD for IATA designator, is jointly approved by Civil Aviation Administration of China and Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce. Capital Airlines is co-invested by HNA Group and Beijing Tourism Group. Beijing Capital International Airport is its main base.

Capital Airlines’ predecessor-Deer Air-was founded on November 16, 1998. On April 2, 2010 Deer Air changed its name into Beijing Capital Airlines. On May 2, 2010 Beijing Capital Airlines launched its first service.

Capital Airlines owns 45Airbus aircrafts, 21of which are A319 and 24of which are A320. The average age of all aircrafts is less than 4 years with reliable and remarkable performance. It is one of the youngest fleet and the largest Airbus aircrafts groups in the country.

Minimum Requirements:
500+ hours PIC on type (A319/320/321)
Current on type within 18 months
3000+ hours total time
Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer or CAA.
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government
Maximum age 55 years
No license limitations (eg. VMC circle to land restriction)
Have flown within 18 months from date of application and for the purpose of keeping the validity of the license, the last “Proficiency Test” for pilots is still within 6months
Domicile:
Beijing, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Sanya, Haikou and Hangzhou

Contract Term:
3 year initial / Renewable at 5 year increments

$8,800 during ground training (maximum of 6 weeks - hotel provided)
$11,000 after 6 weeks until completion of line check. Full pay starts after line check.
Travel reimbursement program - up to $5,000USD every 6 months

Holiday: Thirty (30) Duty Free Days in peak season or forty-five (45) Duty Free Days in Low season throughout each calendar year.
Leave for Illness: 7 days per year, renewed pilots +1 day per year, max is 12 days
Monthly Block Time: 850 hours per year
Over or Under Monthly Block Time: 300 per hour
Service Fee: 19000 per month

Living Allowance: 2500 per month

Completion bonus: 16000 per year, renewed pilots +1000 per year

Holiday: Twenty-one (21) consecutive Duty Free Days every six (6) weeks throughout each calendar year (before 15 days and after 15days of Chinese Spring Festival holidays, July and August are not available, shall be compensated on other months).

Holiday: Twenty-eight (28) consecutive Duty Free Days every four (4) weeks throughout each calendar year (before 15 days and after 15days of Chinese Spring Festival holidays, the Duty Free Days application is not available. Fourteen (14) consecutive Duty Free Days could be applied during July and August. The remaining Duty Free Days shall be compensated in other months).

Capital Air System - Unlimited ID75 travel for pilot and immediate family members.
