CRJ Captains Wanted - China - Up to $280,000
 

On behalf of our client China Express Airlines, Aero Crew Solutions is seeking qualified CRJ Captains. Typical flying schedule includes 1- 3 days of flying followed by 1-2 days off. Each flying day averages 4 - 6 flight hours.

Minimum Requirements

• 500 PIC hours on CRJ 200/700/900. 900 time is preferred.
• 1st Class Medical
• Valid FAA, Canadian or EASA license.
• Age 50. Flexible with Captains with higher qualifications.
• Passport

Screening Process

• Company sim check - 1 or 2 days.
• Pre CAAC medical check - 1 day.
• CAAC medical check - 1 or 2 days.
• CAAC ATP written test - 1 day.

Payment Packages

Resident Contract

• Minimum flight hours per year - 900 - 213,000 USD
• Minimum flight hours per year - 900+ - 234,000 USD
• Basic salary - 15,000 USD per month
• Housing allowance - 5,000 RMB month
• Travel Reimbursement - 3,000 USD per year
• Vacation - 60 days per year
• Net Training Pay - 6,000 USD
• Safety Bonus - 900 flight hours - 15,000 USD
• Safety Bonus - 950 flight hours - 22,000 USD
• Loyalty Bonus - 900 flight hours - 15,000 USD
• Loyalty Bonus - 950 flight hours - 22,000 USD
• Overtime Payment - 150 USD per hour
• Overtime Bonus - 901 flight hours - 150 USD
• Overtime Bonus - 950 flight hours - 7,500 USD
• Duty Transportation is provided

Commuting Contract - 30 days on, 30 days off

• Minimum flight hours per year - 700 - 163,000 USD
• Minimum flight hours per year - 900+ - 213,000 USD
• Basic salary - 11,500 USD per month (off months included)
• Housing allowance - Hotel accommodation provided
• Travel Reimbursement - 15,000 USD per year
• Vacation - N/A
• Net Training Pay - 6,000 USD
• Safety Bonus - 700 flight hours - 5,000 USD
• Safety Bonus - 800 flight hours - 8,500 USD
• Safety Bonus - 900 flight hours - 15,000 USD
• Safety Bonus - 950 flight hours - 22,000 USD
• Loyalty Bonus - 700 flight hours - 5,000 USD

A buddy of mine was paid about $125K with all lodging paid to fly a CRJ in Uruguay for a year, and QOL there was awesome.

That said, I'm sure the QOL isn't too great, haha.

you'll need an iron lung after flying there for a couple years... I just got back from a 4 day and still hacking up the pollution... it was so thick you could cut it with a knife.

I stopped reading at "minimum 900 hours per year".
