Southwest announces service to Hawaii.
We all knew this was bound to happen, but AAG wants to bet people will choose flowers on a tray instead of insanely cheap prices.
I'm not sure how that's gonna work, even I would buy a Southwest ticket just so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of stand by crap.

Crappy food. If you want to sit with your family you have to pay extra to make sure you get on early enough to get them together. No upgrades available.Loyal WN fliers get nearly nothing (Fly with us regularly and you get to pick your seat...woo). So in the end you get a worse product for the same price. I can give a list of airlines I'd take to Hawaii over WN.
There is a reason that all LCC's have failed to figure out how to make the HI market work for them. I see WN as the Dollar Shave Club. They disrupt a market, but in the end Gillette will be just fine.
