Benefits at horizon

What kind of benefits are provided at Horizon?
For instance, do you get medical and life?
thanks

Yeah and honestly it’s not too bad. $5 per month with a $2000 deductible/$3000 yearly max out of pocket. They also give you $1000 in HSA. It’s just me on the plan so I’m not sure about spouse/dependants cost. Covers medical dental eyes. Life insurance is really cheap too. I think I pay $18/mo for $1MM life insurance. The benefits here are not that bad honestly, always hear people complaining.

People complain because if you have a family your $1000 HSA is gone in one doctor visit, and you have a $2000 deductable...Not bad if you're healthy and single but a nightmare if you have little ones.

You also get hosed in really high LTD payments taken out of your check.

It's not great, but much better than paying out of pocket that's for sure.

The medical insurance is better than Alaska. (ie: same but cheaper). 401k is industry average.
