Currently Horizon is only hiring into the pilot development program, where you would apply if you don't meet the requirements for a first officer position yet. Otherwise they don't have their application system going for a direct FO position at this time.

Based on her comments, it appears that there won't be any classes for new hires until at least May 2023. Due to simulator availability and the number of instructors and check airmen, we can train no more than about 30 pilots a month. It will probably take 6-8 months to get all of the Q400 pilots trained in the E175.
