IIRC, the pay bumps for FO's moves equipment rates every two year right?
I mean, you start in the Q2, but by your third year year you are making Q4 pay, and years 5-6 are based on RJ pay, right?
Not too freakin' bad.....

FO pay is based on seniority. If 100 FOs are flying the CRJ, the top 100 FOs on the seniority list get CRJ pay. The pilots below them get Q400 pay, again with the number of FOs getting Q400 pay equal to the number of FOs qualified on the Q400. So the transition from one payscale to the next is not based on longevity, but on seniority and the fleet itself. Some FOs went 4 years before getting to the Q400 payscale, while the FOs moving to the Q400 payscale today have been at Horizon about a year and a half.

PDX 1.5 hours and SEA 2. I would like to see the PDX call out be 2 hours in the new contract. As the 200 goes away the 400 pay will move to less junior people.
I am watching CNBC and I never thought that I would be happy to see oil at $90 per barrel but hey are saying it should still go up to around $100.
