PepMover what is a "TAFB duty rig"? We have a Duty rig that is 4:1 and has nothing to do with TAFB. They can keep us on duty for 16 hous a day and only pay us for 4. We have 4day trips on the Q4 that pay less than 16 credits...

ERAU,

Moral sucks
Quality of trips suck even more
Quality of pilot qroup is excelent, (20 year CA + 7 year FO = over qualified regional crew)
Don't ever plan on being a CRJ captain

Only come here if you are 100% sure you never want to leave, not sure if QX will even be here that long...

(1) The Hours Flown (as defined in C.2.b.(1) below), of every
trip and/or deadhead segment a Pilot flies.
(2) 50% of the Duty Time.
(3) 25% of the Trip Time (Time Away from Base).
(4) 4:00 hours for any trip that begins and ends in one duty

Does anyone have an idea of where I could get a copy online or somewhere else of Horizon's contract? I just would like to compare it to my current contract. Thanks

Actually, SC Bill Ayer just told the ATA that they're considering subcontracting flying to an operator of "larger" RJs. They've also stated in SEC 10k that they're actively pursuing dumping the CRJs for an all Q400 fleet.

So, there you go.
