Please keep in mind that Horizon plans to re-market the remaining 13 CRJ's next year. And currently plan to bring on eight Q400s. That is according to yesterdays new super cool interactive company website.

It was on the Flight Operations Website...for employees only (if you still have access to it anyways)

I don't trust the good news to last with our current crop of oh-so-wonderful leaders. But, on the positive side, when they recall these people they will be putting another 6 month dam on any future furloughs. Plus, it's really good to see people finally coming back.

I bet that by the 3rd quarter call that the Q options will be exercised and they will have us planned with a fleet of 58 Q. Esspecially with the issues the Q has been having lately a fleet of 48 will have to have 10 spares to cover the broken ones. Of course that will be annoucenced after we sign a new CBA. We are making an insane amount of $ but let's see how much they hide and write off on subleasing the 5 RJs.
They sent out 23 recall letters on Friday for a class of around 10 on Oct 25 all going to the Q likely all SEA based. they only expect 1/3 to 1/4 of the furloughed pilots to come back. There is nothing offical but classes to follow of about 10 every other month as attrition continues to build.

Talked to someone who's in the Ops Center on friday...same rumors of 4 Q400's in Alaska Express colors. The one that caught my attention was 10 Q4's (possibly the old Lynx planes) for one of the majors at a big hub (DEN/ATL)...don't know if I want to believe that one or not.

So all recalls would be sent to the SEA base?
