What's happening at Horizon and Jets?

It's also important to note that this would effectively kill the airline. With all jets deferred to Skywest and a size-able about of Q400s coming off lease next year the company will definitely shrink, downgrade and furlough pilots in an era of record airline profits.
Brad Tilden just gave a speech on Business Ethics and the importance of "doing the right thing" at some university, oh the irony.
The amount of lies, deception, manipulation, threats, and bullying from Air Group management is staggering. They knowingly and willfully violate every tenant of their own Code of Conduct and Ethics clause, to the point of absurdity.

Like they want to breakup but want the other to feel like it was their idea.

I think it's a bluff, and based on what happened with the last contract I feel most pilots here are ready to call it.
Shts about to get real though.
March 28th:
I believe the jet new hire classes are spoken for, at least for the rest of the year but I could be wrong. I can't see us taking any more deliveries after the 3rd jet due to Q400 staffing.
As much as I hate to say it, Skywest could very likely get the remaining 10. From a management perspective, it's probably cheaper to give away E175s than to park Q400s and displace crews into the jet costing thousands in new type ratings.
I bet talks are underway now to make that happen. Management will naturally blame the pilots, and release some statement that this will 'position us for growth' in the future.
