This is correct. Year 3 FO would be $47 but with the addition of 13 jets this year the upgrade times should go well under 2 years.
The last offer that was turned down had FO signing bonuses up to $25k + tuition reimbursement, we'll see what happens to that.
I'm hoping this new deal will make Horizon a destination spot once again for new pilots, and for the first time in years I'll be able to start recommending this place.

Horizon commute
Ok guys, yet another question. I appreciate all the willingness to get my past questions answered. I have a condo in BLI. I know its just a 2 hour drive to SEA, but if one was so inclined is it easy to hop on a Q and jump seat back and forth?

Any rumors on Anchorage flying? I currently live in Anchorage and fly for Compass out of Seattle and am considering making the jump to Horizon. I have been at Compass for a year and the lack of movement is absolutely demoralizing.
