I'd say 90% of the people I fly with are great. Every airline is going to have a small group of people who go out of their way to make life miserable for everyone. Can't be helped.

Unfortunately, this means the institutional knowledge of which AM stations carry Alex Jones and Sean Hannity is slowly being lost at Horizon, along with the awareness of whatever devious plot "the Muslims" are up to this week.
On a serious note, 90% of our crews are great. There are some absolutely miserable pilots and FA's (mostly concentrated in PDX and SEA) working here, but the vast majority of our employees are great to work with.
