Thanks man. I seriously hope that guys at OO don't really think we deny you guys the jumps either, I've yet to see that happen and I'm only bringing this up cause I started seeing a few SKW guys comment that we deny them jumps all the time and I know that's a completely false rumor to start.

It actually used to be a pretty big problem a few years ago. I haven't heard any issues in quite a while.

It was an awkward jump the other day when the news was announced, but none the less I was allowed!

Kinda like how they are "contractually obligated" to the firm order of ERJ's. if contracts are to be broken, why not start with the leases?

Never mind, it's much easier to just bend the pilots over.

Those discussions between Angle Lake and Embraer are likely considered top-secret back in SEA. They'd likely never let them go without the lawsuit.
Straight out of Section 1:

"G. Information Sharing
1. Subject to an appropriate confidentiality agreement, if necessary, the Company shall provide to the Union information and operational data reasonably necessary to monitor compliance with this Agreement."

I think details on the aircraft order are absolutely necessary to monitor the companies compliance with the CBA!

NDA's are how they keep stuff secret. They're just playing games as always. Hornibrook, like all top management at QX is just a figure head.

Im sure it's more of a breach of the ASA (air service agreement) had Horizon not been wholly ownd. This staffing melt down would have been it... Look how XJT just got the Delta Boot for (according to delta) poor performance....

You guys here any more about the rest of your jet deliveries this year? As far as we know we aren't getting them at OO.

You're getting 5 more, for a total of 10 that were promised to us if we took concessions.

Ah. I wasn't aware that those 10 weren't in addition to QX orders. Here's to hoping your management can pull their heads out.
