Conspiracy theory? SkyWest has broke ground for a giant E175 maintenance facility in OKC. Do the research for yourself. The writing is on the wall.

The revolving door is still fully functional. A fully unsolved issue. 175 conspiracy with SkyWest and all that,,, who knows. Truth will come out in time. The company is bleeding pilots. In one side then out the other. Pay is lousy, especially FO’s, unlivable. Even nickeled and dimed by uniform payments, and stretching out training pay well after IOE. Captain salary also crappy, but survivable until plan B comes up. Until they chage all this,,, revolving door, no growth, existential crisis.

I'm not sure I follow the claim about training pay "well after IOE.". Care to explain? It's well known that new hires are on training salary until the next bid, if that is what you're speaking of.

SkyWest, Inc. today reported that it has entered into aircraft purchase agreements and capacity purchase agreements to acquire and fly 15 additional new aircraft with Delta Air Lines (“Delta”) and five additional new aircraft with Alaska Airlines (“Alaska”). Expected delivery dates for the 20 aircraft run from September 2017 through the end of 2018. These aircraft will be operated by SkyWest Airlines, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of SkyWest. Of the 20 aircraft, 15 Embraer E175 SC aircraft will fly under an agreement with Delta in a 70-seat configuration. The E175 SC aircraft has an E175 airframe and can be retrofitted to 76 seats in the future. The agreement with Alaska includes five Embraer E175s, with a 76-seat configuration, similar to aircraft SkyWest has previously placed into service with Alaska.
Combined with last month’s announcement for 25 new aircraft, today’s announcement results in a cumulative order of 45 new aircraft. Similar structurally to SkyWest’s acquisition of 104 E175s, SkyWest expects to invest approximately $161 million in cash to acquire these 45 aircraft, and to finance the balance of the purchase price with debt. The expected delivery dates for the 45 aircraft run from September 2017 through the end of 2018, with the majority of the deliveries scheduled for mid-2018.

Default Questions from a new hire

Y'all, I'm a newbie in the E175 just starting training - hopefully there will still be a jet or two to fly.
I'm hoping someone out there has answers to the E175 Test bank questions (about 600 or so). Would really appreciate a PM from someone willing to help me and future new hires.
Cheers.

If you retain the memory procedures and use the Aerosim software, then ask questions in class during "review," you will pass the computerized exam.

There is a study guide that will be distributed to you during the review.

You will pass. Full stop.

Don't forget the Limitations. Memory "Procedures" were two different things.
