They could improve on getting their RTP going, heard it was coming soon months ago and recruiters never have any updates, other than it is coming soon. Plenty of Army rotor wing guys want to come over and they're just missing out on them and letting them go to the three AA wholly owned.

Sorry for the long post,
I've been here through the nastiest winter I've ever flown in and while on reserve, flew my butt off and I won't lie, there were days where I was questioning my choice in coming here even though I was excited as can be to be offered a job at Horizon Air. At the end of the day I realized something, compared to what pay used to be I actually make pretty nice money as an FO now with the new pay scales and I can afford to live in base in a nice place, have my nice things, pay my bills and go pick up some premium on my days off occasionally to spice the pay check up even more. That year two FO pay is really nice especially on premium pay but it sure could be better now with endeavor scales on the web.
That being said I actually enjoy flying here now that I look back at my experience so far even through the worst storm and staffing issues we've had, I get to come to work and fly with the coolest employees around and better myself with the flying and challenges of flying in the PAC NW no matter what time of the year it is. I've learned so much here in the past two years and I do think we will recover in the right way, I do believe what these other guys are saying regarding how the company is taking action now compared to what has been said previous, Alaska is finally stepping in to help right this ship and I've got my bets we will recover and turn into an all Ejet fleet flying allover before you know it. This past year I would have had a hard time recommending anyone to fly here regardless of what I said because I wasn't sure of our outcome but I think with all that's happening now, I would start recommending people. I can't lie either, ever since I got off reserve (3 months) my schedules and QOL have actually been really nice compared to what I was doing on reserve. I'm looking forward to upgrading and watching this great airline come back together and maybe kicking SkyWest out of the NW or altogether hahaha no hate take care y'all

Since you're trolling. We are now up to 9 CRJs full time covering Horizon flying and you are still cancelling about 7% of your flights every day. We are covering almost 1/5th of your flight schedule. That would be an indication that Horizon is falling further behind.
