What's happening at Horizon and Jets?

Interesting. Well I hope they're checking this stuff. I believe one FO was hired with less than 1500 hours and flew for two weeks before they caught it. The FO had to go through the entire GS/Sim again and had 8-9 months seniority by the time they finished ioe a second time.

Ain't got a clue, but if ever there was a good time to jump in a thread and send it off in a different direction, this certainly appears to be it...

I have been reading your posts lately and for the good of the pilot group I hope you go elsewhere. I heard Compass is hiring, you should check them out. Shiny jets and good bases. Heck you could even tell your GF/BF that you fly for Delta (connection)!!

From my understanding, prior time that is not exactly matching, legality gets sent to the FAA for clarification on the qualification time, and then it is up to the Hillsboro office to decide.

I personally have no knowledge if the allegations made above are true or false, NOR HAVE I CLAIMED ANY SUCH KNOWLEDGE, but if they are true then they are certainly an appropriate subject to be discussed in this or any other aviation related forum. If you have knowledge that the allegations are untrue, I would think you would be vigorously protesting against those actually making the allegations. Instead you are attempting to shoot down (or at least shut up) someone who isn't even the messenger.
Like I said, you have strange priorities. Pretty thin skin too apparently.

Seriously? You would prioritize a discussion of whether or not you can get a discount on Sounders tickets over whether or not the street captains flying your aircraft are legal to do so? Or take offense over someone not even making the allegation but merely commenting on the fact that the allegation is being made? Interesting priority that.

My point exactly...
The airline is not letting people upgrade who don’t meet the minimums. They either have 1000 prior 121 or 1000 135 in an aircraft with more than 10 seats or a type rating required as referenced by 135.243. Take my situation for example, I had about 400 PIC in a 135 pax carrying operation but that still doesn’t meet the standards for the 121 PIC. So instead of only building 600 121 hours I need the full 1000 according to the company, doesn’t sound like they are trying to push me in the left seat ilegally...
