If there is ANYTHING about the Q to E-jet conversion that has really been thought through it isn’t readily apparent to a lot of us.

So, if you have prior 121 time and want to work for Alaska, coming to QX could actually slow you down. Am I understanding this correctly?

There's also no way they will be able to staff 50% of AS classes with Qx'ers with this requirement...Literally anyone who doesn't already have a class date on the list (except for the Q3 eligible pilots) does not have 1k PIC here. Guarantee it.
