What's happening at Horizon and Jets?

I should have been more specific. There's 8 vacancies posted, we won't know the award until the 22nd.
Last month they only got 2 Q upgrades.
0 jet upgrades, 8 dash for august.
Really hoping to see them get 0 upgrades. The QOL on the dash needs to be addressed and fixed.[/QUOTE
8 upgrades just reinforces what what mgmt already knows. No matter how bad the QOL or pay, there will always be pilots willing to step in. Even in the midst of a so called pilot shortage. There are a lot of complainers out there. But management understands it’s all bark and no bite.

Airport Reserve?
Has anyone bid, or know someone who has big, airport reserve as a commuter to avoid crash pad scenario? As a SEA 175 FO out of OE I was thinking volunteering for airport reserve may actually be a better play than trying to get long-call or regular reserve.
The ultimate roll of the dice would be to bid PAE, hoping more flying heads that way, and doing a two leg commute. Sounds terrible for most but in my mind it's better than fighting across town in Seattle traffic.
I can't even bid yet so any feedback is appreciated.

PAE can’t physically be longer than an extra 45 minute or so drive even if you’re coming from south of SEA.

CA I flew with recently is on reserve. Got called on day 2 to add more flying to his schedule at the end of our 3 day. He asked why he keeps getting additional flying added to every trip.
“We don’t have enough 175 Captains”
“Then why are there no upgrades available?”
*crickets*
