Pilot Development Program
I’ll be coming over from a Part 135 with about 1,000 hours in the ERJ-145 SIC time. I’m in the pilot development program, which basically states that I get no choice in regards to base or equipment. (Q400 and MFR was the expectation). Is it possible to negotiate with them to get the 175 given my experience in an Embraer airframe? Here’s to hoping!

Whelp. Joe just sent an email out this AM-the Q is finally in transition to the boneyard (no timeline provided). Going to a one aircraft fleet (E175). Guess we aren't getting those new EFBs
Methinks my upgrade bid to the jet in June is also now in jeopardy. Of course.
