As far as those that are in the know that if we voted No the jets where still coming with pay rates 10% higher than the next guy please share your wisdom to me in the stock market as well so I can retire from all this crap. Point is we know what we get with yes vote PBS same thing you get when furloughed and go else where with reduced fleet. Except we get to choose it. Payrates at top of industry not at bottom. Or hold our ground say No and feel good for about a year until furloughed, downgraded, Then go else where that has what ? yup SAP oops no PBS. But damn I feel good,,,,,,,,,,Of course I don't like it its reality TODAY, Pilot shortage has been around the corner for 30 years. Im not in biz guessing world calamity, house prices, stock market or even The Industry Ill leave that to logical people that think with their heads and not their emotions
Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

Um, if you're unable to adequately articulate your argument to the rest of the group, you' ll have precious little chance of being able to sway anyone's opinion.
You'll just sound like an angry monkey flinging poo.
(Just my opinion, of course.) (-;

An opinion is like an A-hole everybody has one. Can you understand that?……Seriously……Can you disagree with people here or is it comply and agree or be flamed?

Please Articulate how this is a Concessionary contract?
anyone?
PBS Is not, we shrink and SAP(Schedule Adjustment Period) quality erodes with smaller roster. i.e. see MFR base SAP.
Pay Is not. We take no hit in pay period and we are still in top two of the regional industry(For 76 seat Jets) We don't have to like it, I don't but we don't have Horizon paint on our planes just little letters we have been debranded. Unless your assuming a pay rate for the jet when we had no jet on property…zero…none. we could have a space shuttle pay rate who cares it means absolutely nothing until equipment is on property.

I too think we are not paid fair but the REALITY is that another person, often the one shouting from the roof tops that we should have stood up for the industry is the very person flying for XYZ ready to fly your routes in your airplane.

What AAG will do or won't do is all conspiracy Theory. My experience is if they do say things public they follow through if you disagree please give me and example? Articulate enough?

If you think PBS is not a concession you have a very eye opening experience coming in the near future.
