Rode on the new CPs Jumpseat on her IOE. To say it was the worst landing I've ever experienced would be an understatement. This girl must have some incriminating photos of somebody.

So, a female has a bad landing during IOE? Sure that means she must have dirt on somebody.

I've met her many times, seems very competent.

I don't think that's fair. She probably hardly ever flies since she's management, and the Q400s a piece of **** anyway. Anyone who's ever done a night landing at a light weight in this junker knows that.

While myself and many others I know do not think the most highly of her as a manager in general and it pains me to stick up for her and say this but that is a little unfair. She never flies, I believe she had to go through requal recently because she fell out of currency. The Q400 is a b**** to land, even for the best of us who do it everyday. If it was just a hard landing, I wouldn't worry about that. Now if there was some judgement issues or really low and slow, then thats another thing.

I didn't grease my first IOE landing. But I bet you're going to tell us how great yours was. . . :rolleyes:
