Jan 11th Interview Class
 

Hey guys, I wanted to add the 11th of Jan interview class to the mix. I was in that class and was moved on to phase II after 3 days(14 Jan). GIS completed my Phase II packet on 9Feb and sent it to Jetblue, at least that's what they told me. Its been 2 weeks to date and I am still waiting for a phone call with news and a class date. Is there any one on here that was in this interview class with any information on their progress and timeline? Thanks

Just as a data point, the second class of Jan and the first class of Feb had an average time from interview to class in the 3.5-4 month range.

The majority (NOT ALL) of the pilots in those 2 classes interviewed last week of Sept/first week of Oct.

I believe some of the late Sept interviews got called for a Dec class.

Thanks, they must be tightening up the over all time line. I was in the 11Jan interview class and Received a Phase II complete email on the 24Feb immediately followed by a phone call with a class date for 22March! I accepted and was told to look for a follow-on email with more information. I still have not received that email. I was asked if interesting in Longbeach and was told there was 6 Airbus slots available for the 22March class

Caveat: that's 6 LGB FO slots *presuming that no one in March 8th class bids any of those slots and that no one coming off the 190 or from another Airbus base already on property bids LGB FO*

I was in the 11th, too. One of the last ones of the day. GIS emailed me and said I was done and submitted. I don't think I'm alone, but I never received a FedEx package, just an email to go to Quest. Hoping to hear something soon about Phase II completed.

Congrats gentleman, it took about 2 minutes before I got the call with a class date following the phase 2 complete email. Hopefully I'll see you guys in the 22March class. If not I heard the next one is 5April.

Okay, so you will be notified when Phase II concludes. And then you're contacted regarding a class date...Or these two the same or seperate?

You will get an email when Phase 2 is complete and then called with a class date. My call came about 24 hours after the email for an April 5th class.
