Default Time span from new hire to resignation?

I am a former jetblue'r and I still have a great interest in your fight to make jetblue a career airline and to obtain a fair contract. I'm curious- for others like me that bailed, but still come here for the gossip, how long before you pulled the chute and bailed? I lasted 11 months and was a line holder driving to base.

To those who have left, any regrets? Advice? How did it take to get the call that made you jump ship?

I started updating my app for FedEx 6 months in. Got an invite 2 months later, interviewed 1.5 months after that, and started class another 1.5 months later. While I will greatly miss the drive to work, I have no regrets. Between the pay, benefits, retirement plans, company culture, and work rules, I finally feel appreciated and respected as an airline pilot. Good luck to everyone else out there.

We've had some here in the past couple of years who no-show to cult indoctrination in Orlando.

Golden handcuffs here. In the fight 'til the bitter end.

Why anyone who commutes and is relatively new/junior wouldn't be looking to leave is beyond me.

Good luck to all.

And folks, there it is! Right there for all to see.

Management at JB could change this tomorrow, but they will never do it willingly.

T27....congratulations!
