Anyone named Paul stay away just to be safe. His pads are disgusting.

I waited 4 yrs to be in the clean, all pilot, all line holder, close to bar, close to bus stop, and did I say clean. Oh and cheap!
Now I'm in line for that bottom bunk. Probably another two years.

My god... go to bos.

Can walk to the pad. $6 cab
Clean, convenient, found in 6 days.

It better be a good pad in BOS, you will use it twice as much because of the uncommutable trips.

But back to JFK, look up RP senior as mentioned above. I'm a plankholder on the first of his big houses and have happily stayed now for over a year. It's professionally cleaned weekly, all rooms air conditioned, paper products and kitchen needs stocked, laundry on-site, and comfortable furnishings. Did I mention it's clean?

He's filling his third big house now from what I understand. I was wary at first of having a place with 32 roommates, but with most of us being lineholders it's a rare night that there are more than a handful of us there, and maybe twice in a year has there actually been someone else in my room at the same time. I should also mention that a 75 year old 6 bedroom house is in fact a bit creepy when you are the only one there..

Ehhh... most people don't commute so even when I was the plug I got all commutable trips. I didn't have a crashpad the first 4 months based up there and got a hotel room twice.

Try Polselli or Stout first...IF full I am sure others can throw names out that are good.

RP usually takes referrals from guys that are there first. It's like a Blue Dart for adult camp.
