I’ve been wondering the very same thing. All I can come up with is pilots who work for UP or the Seaborne type places. At this point in the industry with significant hiring at every MAJOR why on God’s green earth would anyone accept a job at Jetblue.

If you genuinely have a friend telling you to apply here then clearly they are clueless as to the reality of this airline.

You got the call saying welcome aboard or just the email phase 2 complete? I think they are two different things....still waiting for phase 2 complete on me.....

It’s a combination Phase 2 complete/welcome to the pool email.

My understanding is that the next step is a phone call with a class date.

What was your interview date?

After that, you stop all recurring bills that you can. You cannot afford them anymore. Kiss your family goodbye (unless you live in BOS or JFK). Get an ALPA lanyard and prepare to walk when we are eventually released.

Have the people from this interview date gotten a class offer yet?

Not yet. I would think calls would go out within the week if there is a class in July. Email almost made it sound like two classes in July, but maybe I read that wrong.

Last months pool update was pretty much the same as this. Those who interviewed march are on the top of the pool. Interviewing on March 28th I look for a reference from this date as a heads up. All I got from the update was 22 people over July and Ausgust. Don’t know what dates classes will run. Keep us posted! Thank you!
