This communique is for entertainment purposes only. It does not implicitly or explicitly acknowledge employment with any air carrier nor is any relationship implied. This communique does not represent the opinions or policies of ALPA or JB ALPA and does not represent the collective pilot group, ALPA, nor does it imply collective bargaining, advocacy, or workforce actions intended to disrupt operations.

You will never see a CBA as a jetblue pilot. Management knows it’s only a matter of time before a merger or acquisition occurs and they are simply biding their time. Having Jamie Baker publicly knock their negotiation tactics certainly hurts a bit but they are happy to continue on their path.

Summer will be miserable for any frontline employee but Jetblue management isn’t overly interested in monetizing OTP.

This is our reality.

I've often suspected alterior motives behind BJ's public strategy. It seems like OTP is a concern, but not the most important thing on their radar. It does make sense is that holding off a contract to our specification is imperative for them.

Its click bait. Also, I suspect we will hear more of this when a TA is voted on in order to modivate people to vote yes in case of a buyout (which is not happening).

So we need to accept no compromises.

Vote NO until we get what we are worth.

Funny how they won't blink at rising jet fuel costs. But if we demand simply what we are worth, we get a 3+ year fight. The difference is that oil companies will stop delivering their services if BJ doesn't pay. We keep going to work.

You above all. Inspire Humanity.

100% agree. That being said, fly SOP, no job actions until released... then we strike 'till our shoes wear out.
