Junior guy is 6/16 DOH, but he got it through a base trade. Next guy up above is 5/15. Junior line holder for April is 3/14 (there were a couple who held lines below but they had pre-blocked credit like vacation, recurrent, ALPA days, etc)

nope.

we lost 51 pilots in March(so far!) for a 109 total for the year already!

we have only hired 166 but I don’t think that includes todays batch.

we are still 48**

If/when the Spirit thing goes through LAX could be the biggest shakeup for seniority. It could double in size pretty quick, plus a bunch of senior Captains live in Vegas and many commuters may consider LAS as well. I’m sure a few Spirit folks will come to LAX from Vegas, but that base is pretty junior for them.

Seems like we’ve been at that number for 6 months. At this rate, we wont hit 5k until the end of summer…maybe

These vary wildly depending on the month. Of course a scheduling SME turned negotiator once said “reserve is going to go senior.” He also said “We now have industry leading pairing construction.” We still have that industry leading pairing construction nothing about that has changed also the pairings have gotten so bad that Reserve is going evermore senior. So I guess he was right.

Ah, yes the airtight scope that we had to give away because well WC said “it doesn’t matter we’re going to do it anyway.” Then this group voted in a 3% rise that we paid for in pairings construction in lieu of arbitration. Is that what you speak of?
