They can have it. I remember those days when the ejet first showed up.
”Brickyard xxxx say speed”
”.77, all we got right now”
” *sigh*…Eagleflight xxxx are you able FL400?”
”sure”
“Eagleflight xxxx climb & maintain FL400, best forward. I’m making you #1 to ORD”
“Climb maintain 400 and Mach .83, Eagle xxxx”
I loved the 700.

Then you realized under blocking doesn’t help anyone.

Does anyone have a rough idea of the general demographics of each class (age)? Rough estimate of what they typically consist of? 27 y/o starting 5/10 and eagerly hoping for the bus but ready for whatever gets assigned.
Thanks!
Thanks!

At 27 you're more likely to get the 190 than the 220 or 320

I'm 25 in the May 10th class, so you've got at least one person below you!

The vibe I got was late 20s - early 30s as the average. The pilot who I jumpseated with back from my interview was I believe 29 (maybe 27?) and said the positions he could have held were BOS 190 or LAX 320.
