New guy here. 29 new hires between the 2 classes in May. Recruitment was down at OSC doing interviews last week. Recruiter said 30 a month has been the target but that June will be 70ish with a class of 30~ and a class of 40~.
They said goal for the year was north of 400. They claimed next year is shaping up for 500+ Its subject to have changed 10 times already but that's the projection as of last week. |
