Any way to apply if they haven't emailed the invite? Do you need to have a resume in your profile, or just the times sheet filled out?

I am trying to update my application from previous window, but it does not allow me to update. Do I need to submit a new one, even if I already have a profile on file?

You have to submit a new application each time the window opens. Once you submit, you can't change it.
