Put union work on my resume for JB?

I’m involved in the Union at my current airline (on the ExCo). Any thoughts as to whether or not I should put that on my resume for JetBlue?

My vote is to put it on.

It will be viewed as you staying engaged and helping your fellow pilot.

I did before we even had a union and it wasn’t an issue.

That’s how I view it. I just worry that folks in management will view it as someone who will cause them more headaches. That isn’t me, but sometimes that’s the perception.

Put it on. If you don't you will not be marketing yourself and your selfless volunteer time spent when not flying. Many of us volunteer on ALPA and JB side. No line in the sand here I assure you.

Thank you. It’s hard to gauge how things will be perceived from the outside looking in.

Well he does work in the pilot recruitment department so I’d say maybe listen to him.

If you're not willing to cause some headaches next labor dispute, you ought to go elsewhere. JB has enough lemmings who are content with whatever scraps mgmt is willing to give as it is. It's truly pathetic.
