I should have waited a bit longer and took some interviews at the legacy’s. I thought my regional was bad...I gotta say this might be the worse. It’s worse because at least my regional was honest. My regional would say, “Hey you knew what you were getting into when you got hired here”. JetBlue is a bunch of B.S. artists who cheat and steal. This place is a rudderless ship and I am really not looking forward to starting this whole process over again.
Btw I can count how many time I was on time this month...

This place feels like working for a low tier regional, which is a downgrade from where I was previously.

Dude you're doing it wrong! You can't just jump ahead.
First comes, "I officially don't care guys!!"
Next, if you're really feeling it comes the "That's it, I'm filling out my logbook as we speak!"
Then to show us all that you mean business is, "Working on apps!"
You can throw "rudderless ship" in here and there, that never hurts but it doesn't really have the WOW factor of the aforementioned statements.

This humor is what I come here for!

OP makes more and has better benefits at JB if they came from a regional. Being a company cheerleader isn’t necessary, but this attitude of self loathing and pushing it on others is toxic. The hardest thing about working for JB is its pilots. For some, anything but the status quo of misery is unacceptable. I might quit for a much lower paying job. Money isn’t everything. But making myself and others as miserable as possible while I’m still here is pointless. Such a waste of life to carry that bitterness all the time. People like OP and some of the frequent posters here are going to wake up and realize it wasn’t JB’s fault after all, but it’ll be too late. All that life wasted.
