Customers booking away from JB due to poor operations due to bluemember unhappiness due to utter lack of "Leadership" due to "Leaders" who refuse to see that maintaining compensation/benefits/work rules well below the market creates employees who stop caring or helping?

Customers book elsewhere due to bad experiences means less demand and less pricing power (RASM).

If customers stop booking, the de minimis profit sharing you are referring to will be minor compared to all the other issues that we will face. Bottom line, if JB can't manage this company better soon, we all are going to be in trouble. So yes, me personally, I do give a sh*t.
