I think it’s more likely our options are exercised for A220-500s

I bet the ELT would then insist on family rates equal to the CS300 rates.

Definitely agree eventually. May exercise current options for more -300s, but -500s are absolutely in JB's future in my opinion.

Default Rumors*

Here’s what could possibly be announced in a few weeks: LHR (or LGW?), CDG, AMS, KEF and HNL. Again, all rumors.

Add MAD and DUB and some Deep South America routes. 12-15 LRs

HNL?? Yeah ugh.... not happening, especially with SWA just entering that market.

HNL would be a bad move (not to say we don't make bad moves on a daily basis). But with SWA trying to take market share by any means necessary, I predict most carriers will run HNL- west Coast at a loss.

All the same, I think HNL is coming. Maybe not announced in April, but coming.

Not sure how that would play out with our code share partners. I’m thinking no Hawaii unless they are willing to scrap that partnership.

So, are we suggesting Jetblue has the ability to force the various countries in Europe to sign an NDA about the launch? Is the manufacturer keeping everything secret as well? No slots have been announced, no new orders.
Look, if you are a juicer than your excited about this announcement. For the rest of us this means another delayed route, further dilution of our limited resources and still the same mis-management team running a dysfunctional operation.

Roughly 40% of the time a Jetblue flight departs late and employees are excited about EU.
