BOS reserve
 
At the current status how long is the BOS reserve on 320 and 190?

Over a year and I would be surprised if it get close to two years on the Airbus in Boston, unless you can find a way to take a vacation every month. Three months on the 190.

A320 BOS is over a year of reserve and E190 BOS is just three months?

For August it was 6 months on the 190 and just over 18 months on the 320. Going into the fall/winter slowdown, but with the upgrades on the last bid factored in those times will probably stay roughly the same, maybe tick slightly lower for the 190.

6 months is from date of hire, correct? So if it takes about two months to complete training and OE, it would be about four months of working a reserve schedule?
Two months to complete training and OE is just a guess on my part. Any idea if that's close to reality? Are the sims or OE backed up at all?

Approaching 1.5 yrs in BOS on the 320 and I should hold a line in September. The last system bid created a lot of movement.

Correct, those were based on DoH. So yeah, I guess that would be 4 months of reserve on the 190 and just a shade under 18 on the 320.

Not sure if the sims are backed up. They were giving everyone 10 day breaks after Indoc not that long ago. Don't know if they are still.

I’ve been here exactly 6 months and was bidding around 85% for August and I’m bidding 80% for September on the 190. It takes around 75% to hold a line, so probably October for me, or 8 months from DOH to hold a line. BOS 190 FO is easily the most well staffed seat in the company, even over staffed. Most guys are having a hard time consolidating ((100 hours) in 120 days.
