Contract amendable date?
 

Don’t have my work iPad handy. When is the contract amendable, so when should the negotiations start again?
I thought it was 7/21 but wasn’t completely sure.

7/31/2022, with openers no earlier than 180 days prior.

"Except as expressly provided otherwise, this Agreement will become effective on August 1, 2018, will continue in full force and effect through July 31, 2022, and will renew itself without change through each succeeding calendar year, unless written notice of intended change is served in accordance with Section 6, Title I, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, by either party hereto at least sixty (60) days but no more than one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to July 31, 2022 or July 31 in any year thereafter."
