Mostly but not always. There are people that have been bounced from phase 2 with clean backgrounds. Don’t assume you have the job until you’re in new hire class.

Any idea why? In other words would it be for cause, or can someone pass the interview, but somehow not be what the company’s looking for?

Correct. We used to have the list of pilots in phase 2 posted in our crew rooms. If you burned the wrong bridge in the past it could come back to bite you.

Lists are no longer posted but that doesn’t mean people don’t have access to them.

Not trying to make you nervous. Just don’t want you posting on Facebook that you’re a future Jetblue FO only to get bounced. For that reason I told about 4 people I was in phase 2. I’m a bit paranoid though.
