Hiring pool
 

Friend just got the phase 2 letter and is to be placed in hiring pool. Anyone know how long the pool is now before you get a class? Thx all.

Bone Dry.... friend of mine was in the pool a week ago and just got a class date.

I started swimming in the pool April 8th, got the invitation for May 8th class on April 18th

Yeah he got May 8 as well. And was put in the pool somewhere around April 18th or so

Placed in pool on Apr 23rd; got call on Apr 26th with May 8 class offering.

I got the"welcome to the hiring pool" email on April 18. I entered phase 2 on March 22. Haven't received a class date yet, but assume I should hear something shortly.

So, if I am understanding correctly- the next step after passing Phase II is the "in the pool' email, followed by class date offering later?

That is correct as I understand it. The email congratulates the candidate on completion of phase 2 (this is where I am right now) and says awaiting class date...

Just a quick question im in the process with jetblue . The last email I replied back to was the uploading of my flight addendum /history on the 1 st of april. In the replied email from jetblue it says they will contact me via email for the next step after they review my addendum . Since then i havent heard anything from 1st april. Is that normal or bad news ?

If you would read some of the other hiring threads, you'll soon see this is normal. You're "in" until you get a TBNT email.

Thanks ive read the other threads but most are either waiting after interview or class joining date but thanks for your input

I submitted my Flight History Addendum form on April 10 and got the email to schedule the in person interview on April 18. Maybe reach out to them and enquire about your status?

Yes, do this. I received an auto reply that they received my addendum. Days later I got the next step email. Send another email to verify they received it. Thought I read somewhere in these threads someone else did just that and got the ‘next step’ email very soon afterward.

Check the junk mail folder.

Emailed them yesterday and got a reply that they still need to review my flight addendum and they will get in touch . Have 2 checkride failures over 15 years ago .....

Who did you email? GIS or JetBlue recruiting?
