I think I just applied for Jet Blue. I was sent to a 3rd party system called 'PeopleClick" (that part is not unusual), but after entering all my info, I got the distinct impression that I had just filled out a form on some fraudulent phishing site.


After putting in my info, there was a screen to select what I wanted to apply to. All of the choices were unavailable. Is this standard?


I got to the site through a jetblue url, so I think I'm just being paranoid, but it's a little weird. I did see that the window is only open for 2-3 weeks per year. Anyone know when the next one is, assuming I didn't just hack myself into oblivion.

work-here.jetblue.com is the official site. First officer opportunities. Application window is closed now. You can sign in and create a profile but application will only start once you apply during the application window. Wherever you went sounds like straight up phishing

I believe Peopleclick is the engine that JB uses for online apps..

okay, that is in fact where I started from.


After entering your profile, you get this screen:

which shows no job openings available for any location or any position. That's what set off my alarm bells, but unless the page you linked to has been hacked, it looks like this is just how they run things.

Is there a typical time of year that they open the window? Is it 2-3 weeks total spread out at different times, or just one 3 week period?

They have been opening it quite often recently. Maybe every 2-3 months.

You didn’t get tricked into a phishing site. The application window is not currently open but when it opens, some of your info will be saved if you saved a profile.
