Do any of the zed carriers allow the purchase of business/first class zeds? Or is everything zed-wise economy only?

Dependents can take about a week after you send in the required docs (marriage and birth certificates). Have that stuff available, you will be briefed on it Day 2.

Default Zed fares/travel benefits for life?

The Legacy airlines offer travel benefits for life after retirement.
What is Jet Blue take on that? Do they offer travel benefits with JetBlue and Zed fares with all the airlines after you retire? Spouse/children?

I am planning to join JetBlue soon and was wondering if JetBlue has Zed agreements with Copa Airlines. If so are Guest riders allowed to buy zed tickets with them?

Thank you guys

ZED travel is available with Copa. Not sure what you mean by ‘guest’ riders, but if you mean buddy passes then no, they don’t apply. Spouse/SO plus parents are eligible.
