He has no valid argument against the posts he doesn't like (the truth), so he wants them blocked/banned.
He thinks our peers have to choose between either good base rates or profit sharing... And that people without refrigerators in Libya are our peer set for compensation bench mark.

There is nothing wrong with the truth, it should always be spoken. However, people like you just want everything on here to be anti-JB. But as evidenced by the vote, at least 74% disagree with you. And based on the convos I have about APC, quite a few more think your posts detract from the forum.
Or did it mostly signify that the voter could no-longer tolerate the depths of existing frozen PEA payrates/work rules?
If you can't admit that most Yes votes were a vote for incremental improvement from a near industry-bottom pay situation, you are even more beyond help than I thought.
And I don't care if you PM with a bunch of other brand-new cult members that share your opinion that goat farmers in Uzbekistan are our compensation peers or that you must choose between pay rates and profit sharing bonus plans.
Good day.

Wait, did a "Yes" vote literally mean that someone thought it was a great contract or peer equal?
