"Video interview" success rate?
 

Just curious what the percentage of people who get invited for a face to face interview after the video (audio) interview? I submitted mine 7 weeks ago and still haven't heard back yet. I need to make some decisions soon and am curious how likely a face to face invite will be.

Video screens are done in batches. When the batches are done they will fill interview dates with those that are successful. After those dates are filled. They will fill the next round of dates with more successful from those in the batch. In most cases no news is good news and if you have heard nothing you will be queued up for the next round of interviews as long as we have all of your information an it has all been looked at i.e. training failures, accidents, incidents and violations.

As it relates to the audio interview, I recently finished mine and got the Flight History Addendum. Was curious if anyone else got this and how long after e-mailing it in did they hear something back?

If you have training failures you will receive one. This is also the next step in the process after the audio screen.

One week after audio interview got invite to face-2-face

Going on 8 weeks now since the audio interview.

I did mine on Christmas eve. Haven’t heard a thing..

Received the invite for the F2F interview today.

Venting on the internet this morning must have helped! :D

Did my video screen 12/23 and got this email 3 days ago...Due to a technical anomaly in our applicant tracking system, we require all applicants to go into their profile and update the following categories:
· Pilots Only: Accidents, Incidents, Violations and License Suspensions

· Pilots Only: Additional Questions
I updated my app as requested and got the same email again today. I emailed recruitment but I was wondering if anyone is getting the same. I have no accidents, incidents, check ride failures etc.
