I’ve blocked 300 hours, don’t commute, rarely work.
One shirt already has the epaulet coming undone and is half way off.
One pair of pants has an inch long hole along the seam.
Took 6 months to get the overcoat.
Took 10 months for them to get me a blazer.
I like the way uniform looks. That’s about it. Would love a different overcoat, or something like SWA and ALK have.
Yeah, I’m in favor of a change.

Also took me months to get the suit coat, but it was summer, so I didn't care. I don't mind the uniform colors nor quality of material. The size of the shirts REALLY needs some adjusting. I'm not a small guy, but the shirts swallow me.

My new hire pants and jacket are in great shape and the company tailored them.
It is still in better shape than the latest iteration of the disposable uniform.
When are going to get the rain jacket? Wasn’t it talked about two winters ago. It’s “difficult” I think was the excuse but in the meantime BYORC is approved.
Uniforms have sucked since RTP.

Side note: the chief pilots have advocated for improved uniforms (for example the Karbon Aviator Jacket) to no avail...the intern that works for our branding has more power over our uniforms than the system chief pilot.
